Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for services is made within 45 days from the date of provision of services. The date of rendering the services is the date of signing by the Customer and the Contractor of the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered.

In connection with the frequent cases of unjustified refusal of the submitted commercial offer / from the conclusion of a contract or a change in the offer price, it was decided to change the rules for including Bidders of procurement procedures in the stop list of Vinlab. In case of the first unjustified refusal – inclusion in the stop list for a period of 6 months, in case of repeated refusal - on an ongoing basis.

Commercial offers of Bidders sent not in the form of Vinlab are not accepted for consideration.
