Payment terms:Payment for services rendered in the following order:
Calculations carried out by transfer, cash transfer payment orders to the bank account of the Contractor, on the basis of invoices for payment, statements of services rendered. The remitter pays the sum agreed by the Parties with a delay of no less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties (the Client and the Contractor) an act of acceptance of services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) account;
b) the act of acceptance of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
If the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment period is established in accordance with applicable law.
