Auto-extension

Payment terms:Settlements are made by bank transfer, by transferring funds by payment orders to the settlement account of the Contractor, based on invoices for payment. The Customer pays the amount agreed by the Parties with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days following the reporting month, from the moment of signing by representatives of both Parties of the certificate of services rendered. The reporting month should be considered the month in which the services were provided.
In the event that the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation
