Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment by transfer of funds within 30-60 days from the date of submission of the original invoice, the act of the executed works, the act of reconciliation.
Delivery terms:works must be carried out in-house without outsourcing. The cost of services should include all costs of the executor of recycling.
