Payment terms:
The calculation for the rendered Services is made in the following order:
Calculation for the rendered Services/Stage of services with deferral of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of services provided by the Contractor, provided the following documents are submitted by the Contractor:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered/Stage of services signed by the Parties;
c) scenario plan agreed and signed by the customer.
