Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered based on the results of the completion of two stages of the work, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) invoices (if any);
c) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized enterprise: Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered based on the results of the completion of two stages of the work, subject to the provision of the Customer with a complete set of documents for payment for the rendered Services specified in this clause.
