1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a TCH with attachments and contain key information on the scope of services provided, conditions and terms of services.

2) TCH is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services.
3) Technological maps showing materials.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
