In the event of disagreements on the form and content of the contract, or a delay in signing the contract by the Winner, and, as a result, the absence of a signed contract by the Winner of the procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Procurement Organizer about its recognition as the Winner, the Procurement Organizer has the right revise the results of the procurement procedure.
