Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Delivery-acceptance of services is carried out monthly on the basis of the signed reference-calculation with indication of volume and cost of rendered services. Payment of services rendered within 30 days after signing the act of delivery and acceptance of services for the relevant reporting period.
The initial term of service delivery-from the moment of conclusion of the Agreement by the parties, namely 09.01.2019. The term of completion of services – either after 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or after the provision of the amount of services equal to the value limit, depending on which event comes earlier.
The contract envisaged for conclusion is of a framework character. The contract does not fix the scope of the services intended for rendering.

Composition and scope of services: According to the technical part (on the "Monitoring Documentation" tab).
The price offer should be made by filling in the form "calculation of the bid price" (the form is given in the monitoring documentation).
In connection with the possibility of expanding the list of additional services in the framework of the planned for conclusion of the contract, the monitoring participants are invited to specify prices for additional services (items 12-19 of the list of requirements on the electronic trading
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
