Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered, spare parts and consumables supplied is made by the Customer within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of registration of the invoice for the payment of the second part of the documents (provided from 01 to 03 of the month following the reporting month) in the Customer's office, if available a package of documents signed by the Parties (invoice, act of services rendered, defective statement, work order, TORG-12 consignment note, report on the use of materials supplied by the customer for the reporting month). The invoice for payment must be registered at the Customer's office within 3 (three) business days from the date of its receipt from the Contractor
Delivery terms:The terms for the provision of services are from January 01, 2021 - December 31, 2022, with the possibility of extending the contract.

TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. The deadline for the submission of the procurement proposal and the opening of the technical part of the procurement proposals of the bidders is 12/04/2020 10-00.

It is necessary to attach to the commercial proposal a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed occupational health and safety questionnaire with attachments and experience in providing similar services (performance of work).
2. Rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.
4. Commercial offers without the necessary attachments in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidder (clause 14) may not be admitted to rebidding.

Note: this request for prices is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
