Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Dear Bidders!
Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms: non-cash form of payments, 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents duly executed (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation). Payment under the agreement is made in Russian rubles.
The contractor confirms the fixing of tariffs for the period from 07/01/2024 to 30.06.2025
Conclusion of an agreement on the standard form of Dixy Yug JSC
Availability of a valid at least one-year Contract with the landfill entered into the GRO
Availability of an up-to-date license for the right to process/dispose of waste
Availability of an Agreement with the recycling organization
Work experience from 3 years

No E-Signature required participation is free of charge.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
