Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:: Payment for the services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In case of concluding an Agreement with the SME, it is stated in the following wording:
the final payment for the Services provided is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate for the Services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills, etc.
