• Documents confirming his legal capacity and financial condition - A SEPARATE ARCHIVE – the name of the archive TITLE DOCUMENTS.
The Bidder is recognized as the winner in the request for proposals:
1. The applicant who submitted the bid, which meets all the requirements set out in this Bid Notice, the Terms of Reference, meets the selection criteria.
2. Defended the test tasks.
3. Who offered the lowest hourly rate per team.
If several Bidders offer the lowest bids, the Bidder whose bid was received earlier than the bids of other Bidders is recognized as the winner.
