The remuneration to the Contractor for services for the control of welded joints is paid by the Customer within 30 (calendar) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the services rendered for the reporting period, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account, provided that the Contractor provides the original payment invoice and delivery documentation drawn up in accordance with the procedure for execution of executive documentation when performing construction and installation works at the construction site of the RUPPUR NPP software ASE.007 / 41-04.010-2017
