Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата по Договору осуществляется следующим образом:
1.Авансовый платеж за первый этап Услуг выплачивается в размере 10% от стоимости первого этапа, что составляет ______________ (___________________) руб., включая НДС (18%) _______ (______________________________) рублей ___ копеек, в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора, но не ранее чем за 30 (тридцать) календарных дней до даты начала оказания Услуг, при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
2. Оплата за оказанные этапы Услуг в размере 90% от стоимости соответствующего этапа Услуг производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Акт сдачи-приемки Услуг по этапу, на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
