GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.

UPLOADED DOCUMENTS:
1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by an Offer with appendices according to the established model and contain key information on the works proposed for implementation, with a detailed indication of the cost of services by stages of project and working documentation, conditions and deadlines for the execution of works.
2) The offer is supplemented with documents confirming the right to carry out the design works specified in the TOR.
3) The participant of the request for proposals guarantees the provision of services by qualified specialists who have documents confirming their qualifications, have relevant positive experience in performing the types of design specified in the terms of reference at other facilities.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
