Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for reforestation work on an area of 46.9272 hectares.
Work place:

Scope of work:
• Development and approval by the Forestry Committee of the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory of the Project of reforestation (afforestation);
• Allocation of a plot, preparation of soil for planting forest crops (clearing strips from dead wood, stumps, etc.) cutting off bushes and herbaceous vegetation;
• Marking of lines (future rows of forest crops) with the preparation and installation of wooden stakes, designation of places dangerous for equipment operation;
• Cutting grooves (strips);
• Installation of a mineralized strip with a width of at least 3 m along the perimeter of the site;
• Installation of warning signs, turning corner posts of the silvicultural area (labeling), laying of test plots to assess the work performed;
• Purchase of standard planting material, delivery to the silvicultural area, temporary digging;
• Planting seedlings manually under Kolesov's sword in the amount of 2,000 * 46.9272 = 93,854 pieces;
• Carrying out an intermediate technical acceptance of forest crops together with representatives of the forestry (assessment of compliance with the planting technology, the number of planted seedlings, their condition, breed, planting step, the number of planting strips, the quality of the created mineralized strips and their compliance with the standard, design of the silvicultural area in nature, incl. design and availability of rotary corner posts of the silvicultural area and test sites);
• Cultivation of the soil, weeding (care of forest crops before delivery of the forest management act);
• Autumn inventory of forest cultures together with representatives of the forestry;
• Determination of the survival rate of forest cultures of the 1st year of life, assessment of the care of forest crops of the 1st year of life;
• Preparation of a reforestation report with the attachment of remote sensing materials and photo-video materials of a forest area with forest cultures;
• Delivery of reforestation work to the authorized body, with the signing of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate of the Lessee's fulfilled obligations for compensatory reforestation;
• Transfer of originals of executive documentation to the Customer (documents confirming the quality of planting material (type of planting material (OKS or ZKS), height, diameter at the root collar, breed, quantity, storage conditions at the seller's warehouse)), financial documents for its purchase or delivery from the warehouse , an approved reforestation project, a reforestation report with the attachment of remote sensing materials and photo-video materials of a forest area with forest cultures, acts of technical spring acceptance and autumn inventory of forest cultures, an act of acceptance and transfer of the Lessee's fulfilled obligations for compensatory reforestation, a photo report (all rotary corners pillars of the silvicultural area, trial plots). Turnaround time:
Stage 1 from 20.04.2021 to 10.06.2021 or 01.09.2021 to 30.10.2021;

Stages of work:
1. Stage - Development of a reforestation project, site preparation and planting of forest cultures (spring or autumn);
2. Stage - Acceptance of the certificate of work performed to the authorized body in the autumn or spring, depending on the planting period, but no later than a year after the reforestation.
Requirements for the Contractor:
The contractor uses his materials and equipment when performing work:
- Vehicle for movement and transportation of personnel;
- Crawler;
- Combined forest plow (PKL-70);
- Fire-fighting plow (PLP-1,2) or similar;
- Forest furrow cultivator (KLB-1.7) or similar;
- Hand tool for planting seedlings and seedlings (Kolesov's sword).
The composition of employees when performing work:
- engineer (specialist) in reforestation at least 1 person;
- forester (worker) at least 4 people;
- driver of at least 1 person;
- tractor driver at least 1 person.
Responsibility and obligations of the Contractor:
Carry out reforestation work in accordance with article 63.1 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 05/07/2019 No. 566 "On approval of the rules for performing reforestation or afforestation by persons using forests in accordance with Articles 43-46 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, and persons those who submitted applications or an application to change the designated purpose of the forest area, the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated March 25, 2019 No. 188 "On approval of the Rules for reforestation, the composition of the reforestation project, the procedure for developing the reforestation project and amending it" and other regulatory legal acts.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel, mobilization / demobilization of equipment to the work site is provided by the Contractor on its own.
