Payment terms:Оплата Покупателем каждой партии Продукции осуществляется с отсрочкой не менее 30 (тридцати) и не более 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с момента поступления Продукции на склад Покупателя (грузополучателя) и при условии предъявления Поставщиком счета-фактуры (УПД). В случае неполной поставки либо поставки Продукции, несоответствующей требованиям спецификации, оплата всей партии не производится до момента устранения Поставщиком указанных нарушений. При этом не начисляются и не уплачиваются законные проценты на сумму долга за период пользования денежными средствами, предусмотренные статьей 317.1 ГК РФ
