Basic requirements for applicants:
1. Experience in providing this type of service.
2. The Contractor ensures that the Customer receives a document on certification of NASF.
3. The place where the NASF is constantly prepared to respond to emergencies is to be verified - the territory of the customer (with the departure of commission representatives).
4. The provision of services should be carried out by the Contractor’s specialists as part of the working (expert) group and appointed by the decision of the industry commission of the Ministry of Energy of Russia for the certification of ACS (ASF) and rescuers of the oil and gas industry (UAC NGP 16 / 2-2).
Required documents:
1. Extract from the register
2. Copy of the declaration of value added tax (VAT) with a receipt by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal faces
4. Certificate of tax registration faces
5. Certificate of an official dealer from the manufacturer
6. A statement of the status of calculations of taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission.
