Payment terms:Payment for work performed is made by the Customer on the basis of the work actually performed, within 45 banking days.
The competition raises the prices for the work, valid until the end of 2020.
Delivery terms:According to contractual obligations, without involving contractors (third parties).
The physical volume of work is determined upon the fact of necessity.
The indicated physical volume is indicative, an increase in volume is possible.
When performing work, transportation costs should be taken into account at the following ratios:
When performing work without leaving the facility - K = 1
With an average travel distance of up to 15 km - K = 1.1
With an average travel distance of up to 40 km - K = 1.15
With an average travel distance of up to 100 km - K = 1.2
With an average travel distance of up to 200 km - K = 1.25
With an average travel distance of up to 500 km - K = 1.3
With an average travel distance of over 500 km - K = 1.5

Comments:
The cost of spare parts, calculated on the basis of actual costs, depending on the type of malfunction, is confirmed by an appropriate document and agreed with the Customer.
Availability:
- experience in performing work at the facilities of trained personnel;
- permits and certificates.
Be sure to attach certified scans of the following documents:
1. Accounting statements (form No. 1 and form No. 2) for the last reporting year with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority;
2. Profit tax declarations for the last reporting period and for the year preceding the current, with a mark on acceptance by the tax authority;
3. VAT declarations for the 2 previous reporting quarters with a note of acceptance by the tax authority;
4. Information on the average number of employees for the last reporting year (KND form 1110018);
5. Property tax declaration for the last reporting year with a tax authority mark on acceptance;
6. Certificate from the Federal Tax Service, confirming the absence of an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fines and other obligatory payments payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, no earlier than the 1st day of the month preceding the date of conclusion of the contract (code according to KND1120101)
Without submission of the above documents, the submitted proposal for consideration is not allowed!
