3) Please, after the first participant has submitted an offer, which must be less than the indicated cost by the amount of a step in the amount of:
1% - of the cost, the second participant should submit an offer with a lower price (by the step size). In case of submission of the same prices, priority will be given to the participant who submitted the offer first
4) The participant of the procedure can repeatedly send his updated proposals.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
