Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
upon the provision of the Services for a month, with a delay of 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) The Contractor's report in the form in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
(if the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is set in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2019 N 1205 - made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate of the Services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor and the provided Report of the Contractor in the form in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.)
