Provision of services for monitoring the satisfaction of subscribers of fixed broadband Internet access services and digital television in the Russian Federation (NPS)
Comments: We inform you about the request for information (RFI) with the aim of prequalifying selection of Agencies to participate in the procurement procedure for selecting a single supplier for conducting syndicated monitoring of subscriber satisfaction of fixed broadband access services and digital TV in the Russian Federation in 2019/20 for OOO Net Bay Net Holding ", PJSC" VimpelCom ", PJSC" MTS ", PJSC" MGTS ", PJSC" Rostelecom ", JSC" ER-Telecom Holding ", OJSC" COMCOR "(trademark" AKADO Telecom ").
As part of this request, the Participant must provide the following documents:
- a completed Statement of Compliance and all documents confirming compliance with the requirements from columns C and E.
- a letter of guarantee with the consent to sign all the required documents of each of the participants of the syndicate.
Information on the RFI request is sent no later than July 19, 2019 before 15-00 (MSK) to each WITHOUT EXCLUSION to the Syndicate member at the following addresses.
