Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of submission of the following documents:
(a) accounts;
b) signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works.
Payment under the contract is made by the buyer by transferring funds to the account of the supplier, as well as by other means, not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment under the contract is made with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of submission of the following documents:
(a) accounts;
b) signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works.
Payment under the contract is made by the buyer by transferring funds to the account of the supplier, as well as by other means, not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
