2. the formation of the list of prior intellectual property (BIP) for TUK (1 )
3. Forming the list of generated intellectual property (MAMONCILLO) against TUK (1 )
4. Update list of intellectual property to be created (MAMONCILLO) against TUK (1 )

Payment terms:payment of services is made by the customer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by both parties of the taking over certificate for the appropriate phase services. The customer shall pay the appropriate phase of services by transferring money to the account of the contractor.
