Comments:
General requirements

1. A valid admission to work at OOO LUKOIL-Permneftergsintez SIBUR-Khimprom and work experience there.
2. Employees have overalls and personal protective equipment.
3. Availability of valid permits for employees (for labor protection and industrial safety, driver's license of the corresponding category, certificate of a crane or hydraulic lift driver)
4. Projected work of equipment, if necessary, overtime and weekends (mark in the passes of workers)
5. Carrying out medical examinations of employees (periodic and daily)
6. Information about the property right to the technique.

Requirement for lifting mechanisms.

1. Registration of the substation with the bodies of Rostechnadzor.
2. Information about the survey.
3. Information about the examination of industrial safety.
4. Safety Instrument Inspection Information


1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The offer is valid for at least 30 days.
