Comments:
Commercial offer should be sent in electronic form (scanned copy) a document signed by the authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
JSC "RUSAL Achinsk" has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- offer is received after the deadline;
- the conditions of the offer does not meet the conditions of Invitation;
- commercial offer contains incorrect information;
- the person sending an offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization or against him initiated insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy);
- Selection participant has a negative experience with enterprises of UC RUSAL;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.

The selection will take place with compulsory peretorzhek.
