3. General information about the participant, according to the attached template "Participant Questionnaire", as well as Consent to the processing of HDPE.

PAY ATTENTION! Detailed information about the list of T/S is provided to potential participants by address upon request to the mailbox zakupki@rgs.ru , subject to the compliance of this participant with the qualification requirements, according to the Terms of Reference:
- confirmation of the financial reliability rating of the insurance company of the agency JSC "Expert RA" not lower than ruAA-",
- confirmation of information about the presence of regional representative offices of the insurance company in cities and towns of the Russian Federation.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
