Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear Suppliers!
1) the application contains an approximate list of works for a month. Please indicate the approximate deadlines for each task
2) It is possible to make minor changes to the application (need), the KA must be flexible.
3) Purchase/download of images or videos from the ShutterStock resource by the Performer
4) The transfer of intellectual property rights is included in the price. The ability of the Contractor to use the result of the work performed on the website/in the portfolio is discussed separately for projects.
5) Post-payment - 60 calendar days.

Participation is free of charge.

An EDS is not required.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
