A prerequisite is certification of a training company.
Place of service: Nizhny Novgorod region of Kstovo or Industrial zone of Kstovo.
Comments: Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the training of personnel in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price. The selection of services will take place from OCTOBER 2019 TO JUNE 2020, INCLUDED!
The list of services reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix unit prices. With the Supplier who has submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all conditions of services, there will be a signed specification fixing the cost of services per unit. Purchase is on request.

1. Fire-technical minimum - 130 people.
2. First aid for those injured in the workplace - 100 people.
3. Training on labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements for managers and specialists of the organization - 20 people.
4. Labor protection at work at height (1,2,3 group, without group) - 20 people.
5. Electrical safety - PTB above 1000V - 10 people.
6. A.1. The basics of industrial safety - 5 people.
7. B.1. Industrial safety requirements in the chemical, petrochemical and oil refining industries. - 5 people.

1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Prior to the opening of the envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. Enumeration of services for training. The above list is preliminary and the monthly requirement may vary depending on the official need.
