Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for the services rendered shall be deferred not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the rendered services, provided the executor submitted the following documents:
(a) accounts;

By transferring funds to the account of the executor or by other means not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of bills, etc.
In case the executor is the subject of small and average enterprise payment of services on protection of objects of the customer is made by the customer in accordance with the current legislation of Russia.
