Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered or UPD (universal transfer document), signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment for the services provided is made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered or UPD (universal transfer document), signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor.

Обоснование: РЕШИЛИ:
1. Признать Предложение от ООО "ЧОО "ГРАНИТ" соответствующим требованиям запроса предложений.
2. На основании п. 5.5.12 приложения №2 к Положению о закупках АО "Коми энергосбытовая компания" признать процедуру запроса предложений несостоявшейся.
3. На основании п. 5.5.13 приложения №2 к Положению о закупках АО "Коми энергосбытовая компания" заключить договор с ООО "ЧОО "ГРАНИТ" - единственным участником закупки, на условиях письма о подаче оферты № 1300 от 09.12.2020.
