• Mobilization and demobilization of staff to the place of service and vice versa;
• Travel expenses: per diem, meals, accommodation of employees at the place of service;

• Obtaining all types of permits required for the provision of services (licenses, certificates, certificates)
• Payment for work performed is carried out within 90, but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of provision of the act of services rendered and the original invoice of the counterparty

Possible change in the volume of services due to production needs
In the performance of their duties, security guards are guided by
normative documents of the Customer. The contractor is developing the following documentation on the organization of security of the facility and the performance of the service by security personnel: instruction of security guards, security post scheme, magazines and books of accounting and control, a duty schedule, extracts from orders of a security organization on organization of service at the facility.
Each security officer must:
- have an identity card of a security officer of a standard form, allowing private security activities in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- know the purpose and be able to use technical means of protection (security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance systems, radio communications, metal detectors);
- be able to act in case of emergency (fire, detection of foreign objects, hostage taking
and etc.);
- have means of radio communication (walkie-talkie required) and mobile communications, ensuring uninterrupted communication between the employee on duty shift guard and the responsible employee of the economic security service of the Customer on security issues (at the expense of the Contractor);
- have special equipment (handcuffs, rubber stick, metal detectors);
Guards-trainees are not allowed to fulfill the duties of guarding the facility.
It is unacceptable for the guard to serve more than 24 hours at the facility without a change. The security post is completed on the basis of the shift coefficient established by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation, depending on the work regime. The Contractor must ensure the work of each security officer in accordance with the duty schedule developed by the Contractor.
Daily checks of service by the management of the security company or authorized persons;
Provision of security guards with a special form with the symbols "Protection", the emblem and name of the private security company, winter and summer versions (samples are agreed with the representatives of the Customer);
Carrying out commissioned quarterly inspections of the Object in order to check the state of engineering and technical strength, the availability of technical security equipment.
! Conditions for admission to participation in the purchase:
Consent to the terms of the contract of the Customer;
Availability of a valid security license;
Availability of own (rented) vehicles in the duty area;
Work experience in the security services market for at least 5 years;
The presence of a strict professional selection of employees. Practice
state fingerprinting of guards;
The presence of at least two rapid response groups, comprising at least two
security officers;
The presence of a round-the-clock call center;
