The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals at any time before summing up its results, and the Customer has the right to refuse the obligation to conclude an agreement on the results of the request for proposals.
A participant who has submitted an application with the best conditions must attach to it the maximum number of documents according to the "Form for filling" for the soonest conclusion of the contract.
