Bids submission deadline

Payment for the services rendered in full is made by the Customer on a monthly basis within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered and the submission of the invoice by the contractor.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
