Обоснование: Согласно п. 11.4.9. и 11.4.10 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг ООО «МПК» (далее – Положение о закупке), в случае если до окончания срока подачи Заявок, установленного Документацией, Заказчиком будет получена только одна Заявка или не получено ни одной Заявки, Запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся. Комиссия по закупке осуществит вскрытие конверта с такой Заявкой или откроет доступ к поданным в форме электронных документов и рассмотрит ее в порядке, установленном Положением о закупке. Если рассматриваемая Заявка и подавший такую Заявку Участник закупки соответствуют требованиям и условиям, предусмотренным Документацией, Заказчик заключит договор с Участником закупки, подавшим такую Заявку на условиях Документации, проекта договора и Заявки, поданной Участником. Такой Участник не вправе отказаться от заключения договора с Заказчиком.
