Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Upon the provision of the service in the next reporting month, no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the invoice. The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:To provide services, the company is granted a license to provide security services. Services must be provided with unconditional compliance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of security activities.
- round-the-clock security of premises and property, access and intra-facility mode;
- control of the intra-facility regime, including control of the safety of individual premises;
- visual surveillance, patrolling of the territory of the specified premises;
- prevention of unauthorized passage of citizens, passage of vehicles, removal (export) of material values;
- monitoring compliance with aviation and fire safety requirements;
- use in work and control of serviceability of engineering and technical means of protection.

Services must be provided in accordance with:
– The Law of the Russian Federation "On private detective and security activities in the Russian Federation" dated 11.03.1992 N 2487-1
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 498 of June 23, 2011 "On Certain issues of private detective (detective) and private security activities";
The Participant guarantees the Customer when providing services:
- compliance with the requirements of the current legislation on security activities;
- round-the-clock security of objects;
- compliance with aviation and fire safety in the provision of services under the contract.
