| Payment terms: | Payment for services under this Agreement is:
- at the first stage - 70% of the value of the Agreement;
- in the second stage - 30% of the contract value.
Payment to the Contractor of advance payment under this agreement is not provided.
Payment for the services provided is carried out in stages after documentary confirmation of the Contractor's delivery and acceptance by the Customer of the services rendered, drawn up by the certificate of acceptance of services, during
30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Contractor. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
