Payment terms:1. 1. Availability of permits, licences, certificates for services.
2. Knowledge acquirement of drivers for the following programmes: "Defensive driving", "specialized teaching winter driving", "specialised training on the management of special equipment", first aid).
3. Availability of manufacturing subsidiaries in the region.
4. The presence of the required number of serviceable equipment.
5. Fixing prices for the whole period of the contract.
