Payment terms:
Payment terms: Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
a) settlement with a deferred payment of no more than 30 (thirty calendar) days (if the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation) from the date of signing by the Parties of the deed of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered and the invoice in the form of TORG-12 (universal transfer document (UPD), act of acceptance - transfer of goods), provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) a report on the delivered Goods for the provision of services for the activities of health centers;
e) the original manufacturer's passport for the delivered Goods for the provision of services for the activities of health centers;
f) the original instructions for the operation of the Goods for the provision of services for the activities of health centers;
g) other documentation required for the use of the Goods for the provision of services for the activities of health centers;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
