| Payment terms: | Customer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the Contractor signed original Act is obliged to sign it and send a copy of the signed Act or provide a reasoned refusal to sign it with a list of necessary improvements. Further development is done by and at the expense of the Contractor's assets within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the Customer motivated refusal to sign the Act of acceptance of services rendered.
Payment for the Services performed by the Customer on the basis of the Contractor's account within 45 (forty five) (for small and medium-sized enterprises 30 (thirty)) calendar days after the Parties sign the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services.
Payment is made by the Customer by means of cashless transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
