Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their delivery on the basis of the Delivery and Acceptance Act signed by the Customer and the Contractor’s invoice within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the provision of services (stage of service rendering) by and the provision of documents by the contractor.
Under the documents referred to in this paragraph, the Parties agreed to consider:
- the act of acceptance of services rendered;
- invoice;
- annotation report.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
