Payment terms:Upon the provision of the service in the next reporting month no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of invoicing. The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:For the provision of services, the Carrier provides technically sound and clean transport. Services should be provided with unconditional compliance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of transportation and road safety:
- conducting pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers;
- release to the line of technically serviceable transport;
- the transport released on the line must be clean;
- the transport produced on the line must be equipped with heating and air conditioning systems;
- ensuring that each vehicle has a waybill, registration documents, and a compulsory civil liability insurance policy for vehicle owners;
- use of vehicles that have passed the state technical inspection in accordance with the established procedure;
- admission to the management of vehicles of drivers who have the appropriate qualifications and have completed an internship in accordance with the established procedure;
- ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements, in accordance with established standards;
- instructing drivers on traffic safety, transportation rules, service culture and registration of travel documentation.
- The carrier must insure the compulsory motor vehicle liability (CTP) in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- if the Carrier's driver did not go to work (due to illness, etc.), the Carrier is obliged to replace him;
- provision of transport for transportation not older than 2020 year of manufacture.
- the number of seats is not less than 50.
The opportunity to fix the proposed rate until 12/31/2024.

Comments:
Services should be provided in accordance with:
– Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 02/27/2019 N 195 "On licensing activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses" (together with the "Regulations on licensing activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses").
– Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 10.12.1995 № 196-FZ "On road safety".
– Rules of the Road of the Russian Federation", approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers – Government of the Russian Federation dated 10/23/1993 No. 1090.
– Article 721, 640 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
– Federal Law No. 170-FZ of 01.07.2011 "On Technical Inspection of Vehicles and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation"
– Federal Law No. 40-FZ of 25.04.2002 "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Owners of Vehicles";
– Federal Law No. 259-FZ of 08.11.2007 "Charter of Motor Transport and urban ground electric transport";
– GOST R 51825-2001 "Passenger road transport services. General requirements".

The Bidder guarantees the Customer when providing services:
- compliance with the requirements of the current legislation on environmental protection;
- serviceable technical condition of the vehicle;
- medical examination of the driver's physical condition.
- compliance with the rules of the road, safety in the provision of services under the contract.
