Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Terms of payment: 100% post-payment, deferred payment after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of completed works
2. Provision of services according to the Requirements Specification
3. The term of rendering services according to the terms of reference
4. Provide a technical and commercial proposal
5. Specify the type of vehicle
6. Confirm the provision of round-the-clock dispatching service without weekends and holidays without additional charge
7. Confirm that assistance to the passenger(s) in loading and unloading baggage will be without additional charge
8. Confirm the presence of a navigation system in the vehicle with which the services will be provided
9. Confirm that refueling, washing of the vehicle with which the services will be provided will be carried out by or at the expense of the Contractor
10. Confirm that the payment for the parking of the vehicle with which the services will be provided will be made at the expense of the Contractor
11. Confirm the provision of detailed reports on the services provided in accordance with the terms of reference
12. Confirm that the free waiting time is at least 5 minutes
13. Confirm the possibility of supplying up to 3 vehicles at the same time
14. Confirm that the vehicle with which the services will be provided must be insured by CTP
15. Provide a monthly set of documentation confirming the provision of services in accordance with paragraph 7.8. of the terms of reference
16. Confirm the fixing of prices for 1 year (term of the contract)


Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
