Comments:
1. This competitive procedure at the choice of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which does not is an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received under any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.$
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the works at its own discretion and without explanation between several potential participating suppliers competitive procedure.$
3. The Model Agreement shall be sent for signature to the Winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which shall be held by the Competitive Procedure Organizer after the end of this procedure on electronic trading platform B2B-center.

5. The participant of this procedure shall submit a Business proposal on the Model Form of the Promoter of the Procedure.
6. Organization/documentation that does not conform to the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant does not to meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
