We invite you to take part in the request for proposals and send a commercial offer for the provision of catering services (complex lunches) at the Pulkovo HUB facility.
The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
The procedure and conditions of participation

The request for proposals is carried out in accordance with the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference and the annex thereto.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.
The request for proposals will be held from 04/15/2024 to 11:00 on 04/23/2024 (Moscow time) without a possible extension after the end of the regular time.
Offers from Bidders who have not confirmed their bids (by e-mail Marg.Yankovskaya@x5.ru ) within three hours, will not be accepted for consideration. Must match the bids submitted on b2b-center.ru .
The Bidder, when submitting the price, must attach:
• A scan of the commercial offer, issued on the company's letterhead, with a list of dishes provided (set lunches), details, contact information, with a completed Appendix No. 1 (Specification) with the seal and signature of the manager;
• completed counterparty questionnaire Appendix No. 2. Necessarily in the original EXCEL format (instructions for filling are attached);
• ABSOLUTELY! documents requested as part of qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3);
• consent to participate in the price request with the seal and signature of the manager.
Correction of Bidding documentation forms (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) by Bidders is not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to rebidding.
