Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Mandatory requirements:
1 Payment terms: 100% Deferred payment after 14 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance documents
2 Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
3 Provide a technical and commercial proposal including the mandatory indication of the menu
4 Availability of valid sanitary books for all employees
5 The company must develop and implement HACCP requirements in accordance with TR TC 021 "On food safety".
6 Confirm readiness for Audit by the Customer's employees (according to the checklist - Appendix No. 1)

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
