not earlier than 45, but not later than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt by the counterparty of documents for payment and documents confirming the performance by the counterparty of obligations. The payment term under the contract concluded as a result of the purchase with a small and medium-sized business entity is not more than 30 calendar days. No advance payment
