Услуги по бронированию переговорных комнат, включая предоставление переговорных комнат. (5 ЕД)
6.
Услуги по бронированию переговорных комнат и конференц-залов в гостиницах и в наёмных жилых помещениях по специальным тарифам (условиям), в рамках мероприятий (конференций, совещаний и иных), оператором по организации и размещению которых выступает третья сторона. (2 ЕД)
7.
Автотранспортные услуги, в том числе трансферы, в рамках служебного командирования. (4 ЕД)
8.
Автотранспортные услуги по специальным тарифам (условиям), в том числе трансферы, в рамках служебного командирования на мероприятия, оператором по организации которых выступает третья сторона. (5 ЕД)

Услуги по бронированию VIP залов, залов ожидания в международных аэропортах. (20 ЕД)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of the Contractor's remuneration and the cost of air tickets, train tickets, hotel accommodation, transfers, rental of meeting rooms, services of VIP lounges, waiting rooms at international airports is carried out weekly for the reporting period by bank transfer based on the invoice issued by the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) business days after the signing by the Parties of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificates for sold air and railway tickets and the Certificates on the provision of services for organizing accommodation, transport services, transfers and booking meeting rooms, for organizing services in VIP lounges, waiting rooms at international airports in accordance with the forms established Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
