Delivery terms:
The possibility of round-the-clock reception and execution of applications for the provision of work; the presence of equipment in an amount of at least 1 pc. (similar amount of spare equipment).
Requirements for the development of a nitrogen installation:
- Availability of production bases and a base for the preparation and supply of nitrogen in close proximity to the facilities of Samaraneftegaz JSC.
- Availability of registration of nitrogen mobile units in PTH.
- Existence of standard schemes for arranging equipment and vehicles at the place of work approved and approved by regulatory authorities.
- Provide for work with an average well depth of 3,000 m.
- Number and type of equipment (performance of pumps (compressors), working and maximum pressure) required for mastering.
- The presence of the required number of dos for working offline.
- The presence of a base for the repair of equipment and machinery.
- Ability to control the level of fluid in the well. Availability of instrumentation and automation tools, allowing to register development parameters with subsequent data transfer to the Customer.
- Possibility of reporting on completion of work, with subsequent evaluation of work, with a full alignment of time, stages of work, the planned and actual mode of injection, with an analysis of the main causes of failure, with recommendations for preventing further failures.
- The possibility of timely execution of work according to the submitted application - no more than 12 hours.
- Possibility of simultaneous work on several wells.
- Ensure the availability of necessary reagents, materials, equipment and special equipment for the performance of work After completion of work on the well with a nitrogen installation, remove equipment, materials, waste, auxiliary buildings and leave the place of work in good condition.
